Privacy Policy
Last updated: 4 October 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Polymath 360 Studio (“Polymath360Studio”, “we”, “us”) handles information in connection with this website, polymath360studio.in, and with the P360 Digital Presence System, an internal system we operate. It includes how that system accesses, uses, stores and shares Google user data.

We use it to respond to you and to provide any services you ask us for. Messages sent by WhatsApp or email are also handled by those services under their own terms.
To ask about information you have sent us, or to ask us to delete it, contact us using the details in section 6.
4. P360 Digital Presence System and Google user data
What DPS is
The P360 Digital Presence System is an operational system used by Polymath 360 Studio. It supports authorized digital-presence operations, including read-only Google Search Console analysis for website properties where access has been granted: Polymath360Studio's own websites, and client websites whose owners have given us access. DPS is not offered to the public, and members of the public do not sign in to it.
The Google permission DPS requests
DPS requests one Google OAuth permission only:
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/webmasters.readonly
This gives read-only access to Google Search Console data. DPS does not request access to the Google account's name, email address or profile. Through this authorization, DPS does not access Gmail, Google Drive, Google Analytics (GA4), Google Business Profile, or any other Google service. Because the permission is read-only, DPS cannot change anything in Search Console.
Whose data DPS accesses
The Google account that authorizes DPS is a Polymath360Studio account. A website owner who wants us to work on their site grants that account access to their property in their own Search Console settings. DPS reads data only for properties that have been explicitly authorized for the work being done, and information about one owner's property is not used in work for another.
What DPS accesses and how we use it
DPS uses this access only to:
- list the Search Console properties the authorizing account can access, to confirm that access has been granted correctly; and
- read Google's URL Inspection results for specific pages of authorized properties — for example, whether a page is indexed, when Google last crawled it, and which canonical URL Google selected.
We use this information only to carry out and record digital-presence work for the owner of the property concerned, such as confirming whether a website's pages are indexed and identifying issues to fix.
How it is stored
- Authorization. The OAuth authorization Google issues to DPS, including its refresh token, is stored on the computer Polymath 360 Studio uses to operate DPS, in a location restricted to that computer's operating user account. It is not stored in code repositories or in client records.
- Search Console results. The inspection results DPS reads are kept as records of the work, separately for each client, in Polymath 360 Studio's private, access-restricted repositories hosted on GitHub.
How it is shared
Polymath 360 Studio does not sell Google user data or Search Console data obtained through DPS. We provide Search Console results to the owner of the property they concern, as part of our work for them. The data is also handled by the services we use to operate DPS: results are stored on GitHub as described above, and when we use AI-assisted software tools to run or review DPS tasks, the data may be processed by those tools as part of that work. We may also disclose information where required by law.
Revoking access and deleting data
- The authorizing account can revoke DPS's access at any time from the Third-party apps & services page of its Google Account.
- A website owner can remove Polymath360Studio's access to their property at any time in Google Search Console, under Settings → Users and permissions. DPS can then no longer read that property's data.
- To ask us to delete the authorization, or the Search Console results we hold for your property, contact us using the details in section 6.
5. Changes to this policy
